The death has occurred of

ROSE SHINE
(née SISK)

Gabriel Terrace, Friars Walk, Cork

Shine (Gabriel Terrace, Friars Walk and late of The Marsh) On April 22nd 2025, peacefully in the tender care of the Staff at Ballincollig Community Nursing Unit, Rose (nee Sisk), beloved wife of the late William (Bill), only daughter of the late Denis and Lucy and sister of the late Paddy and Liam. Loving mother of David, Denis, Mary and Lucy. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Liz and Caroline, son-in-law Sean, grandchildren, great-granchildren, great-great-granddaughter, extended family and friends.

 

May she rest in peace.

 

Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, South Gate Bridge on Friday (25th) from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday (26th) at 10.00am in St. Finbarr’s South Church which may be viewed on Link Here Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr's Cemetery.

 

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to The Iris House, Cork Cancer Centre.
