The death has occurred of Rosie Callan (née Ward), Drumgowna, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, Sunday 23rd February 2025, unexpectedly surrounded by her loving family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Recently predeceased by her loving husband, Gerry. Deeply regretted and sadly missed with love by her family - Marie (John), P.J., Margaret (Gussie), Martin (Madeleine), Geraldine (Cathal), John (Cathy), Thomas (Marcella), Sarah (Stephen), her 15 grandchildren, sister Mary, brother Ollie and sister-in-law Alice, nieces, nephews, extended family members, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Deery’s Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 C653 on Wednesday afternoon from 3pm to 8pm. Removal on Thursday morning from her residence via Monaghan Street on foot to St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Carrickmacross.
