Mulligan (neé Devlin) (late of South Shore, Rush, Co. Dublin) - Nov 24, 2020, (peacefully) at home, Rowena, loving mam of the late Declan; sadly missed by her loving husband Eamonn, sons Craig and Ian, daughter Denise, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sisters, extended family and a wide circle of friends.
