ROY KEATING

KEATING (Fr Dominic Road, Ballyphehane): On September 9, 2021, peacefully, at Cork University Hospital, in the presence of his loving family, ROY (late of Penn Chemicals, Cork Volunteer Pipe Band, St Finbarr’s Hurling and Football Club, The Choristers and City of Cork Male Voice Choir). Beloved husband of Maura (née O’Mahony) and loving father of Miriam (Murphy), Kenneth, Audrey (Quinn), Lorraine (McIntyre), Tina (Bowen) and Roy Jnr. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Finbarr, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Saturday (September 11th) from 3pm to 4pm for family and close friends only. Reception into Church of the Assumption, Ballyphehane on Monday (September 13th) for 12.30pm Requiem Mass. Under new government guidelines capacity at the church is restricted and social distancing guidelines still apply.
