Ruairí O'Brien

Ruairí O’Brien of Clieveragh Park, Listowel, Co. Kerry, died peacefully on 24th November 2025, beloved son of Anne and the late Colm, dearest brother of David (Dobs), Johnny, Fergus, Ciarán, Daragh and Fiachra and brother-in-law of the late Mirs.

Sadly missed by his loving family, his nephews and nieces Julie-Anne, Eimhin, Sarah, Conor, Cara, Fionn, Rory, Liam, Lauren and Sophie, sisters-in-law Deirdre, Shirley, Emma and Aisling, Julie-Anne’s husband Darren, his friend Judy, uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends and colleagues.

Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Greenville, Listowel on Sunday (7th December) from 3 to 5 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. Mary’s Church, on Monday morning at 10.15 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Ruairí will be celebrated at 10.30 a.m. (streamed on www.listowelparish.com). Interment afterwards in St. John Paul II Cemetery, Listowel.
