(Suddenly) at his home.
Predeceased by his mother Teresa and brother Grzegorz.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his daughters Sandra and Adriana, their mother Anna, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May He Rest in Peace.
Sławomir will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Monday from 11.30am, followed by service in the funeral home at 12noon, with the funeral proceeding to Kilcolman Cemetery.
