Kavanagh (née Sunderland), Griffith Street, Arklow, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Garden City, Gorey, Co. Wexford, 11th May 2025, peacefully at home, in the loving care of her family. Sadie beloved wife of Denis and loving mother of John, Denise, David, Michael and Anthony, dearly loved sister of Larry, Ann, Michael, Pauline, Theresa, May, John and the late Patty, Frances, Betty and Matt, adored nanny of Emma, Sarah, Seán, Hannah, Becky, Megan, Jack, Laila, Aoibhe, Ryan, Lucy, Leah and Dylan, great grandmother of Jamie, Fiadh and Fionn. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, daughter, sons, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, brothers, daughters-in-law Fiona, Benita, Lisa and Catherine, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, friends and neighbours.

May Sadie Rest in Peace.

Sadie will be reposing at Hudson’s Funeral Home (Y14 PT80) on Tuesday from 3pm to 7pm, with removal on Wednesday morning at 9.30am to The Church of Saints Mary & Peter, Arklow (walking via Griffith Street and St. Mary’s Road) arriving for Mass at 10am, followed by burial in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Arklow.
