Sadie Mc Keown
(née Dowdall)
McKeown (née Dowdall), Sadie - R.I.P. 8 Clontigora Hill, Newry, BT358RU. 9th February 2024, peacefully at home. Beloved wife of the late Tommy, loving mother of Gerry, Sean and the late Kathleen, Rose and Baby Mary who died in infancy. A devoted sister to Owen, and the late Rita, Peter, John, Francis, Dennis and Matt. She is predeceased by her parents John and Theresa, grandson Brian, daughters-in-law Margaret and Maureen and son-in-law Pat.
Sadie’s remains will be removed from Mc Gennity’s Funeral Home this evening (Saturday 10th February) at 5.00pm to her late residence. Removal on Monday (12th February) at 1.45pm, arriving for Requiem Mass at 2.30pm in St. Michael’s Church, Killean. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
Very deeply regretted by her loving sons, brother, daughter-in-law Stella, her grandchildren Tony, Gary, Patricia, Gerard, Donna, Kieran, Shauna and Paul, her great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by Gavin, her cousins, neighbours and the extended circle of family and friends.
May she Rest in Peace.
