The peaceful death has occurred at the Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny of Sadie Sweeney (nee Brennan) , Drumnasillagh, Glen Road, Glenties and Main St. Glenties and formerly Crucknagapple, Ardara.

Predeceased by her husband Danny, son James and daughter Eileen sons-in-law Cormac and Tony.

Deeply regretted by her daughter’s Claire (James), Christine, Bernadette (Tim), Caroline (Mick), Sons Frank, Danny (Elaine), Terence (Tina), brother Sean (Ardara), sisters Kathleen (Kilclooney) and Eileen (Bruckless). Grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

May she rest in peace.

Sadie’s remains will repose at Glen Road, Glenties (F94YF83), from 6pm until 10pm today (Saturday 15th march) and Sunday from 10am until 10pm.

Funeral mass on Monday afternoon at 1pm in St.Connell’s Church , Glenties with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
