Sam passed away on Monday 13th April 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Sophie, brothers Bob, Johnny and David, sister Sandra.

Beloved husband of Mary and father to Cyril, Jane, Tina, Rachel, Sylvia and Doreen. Sadly, missed by his loving family, brother Tim, sisters Mary, Chaddy, Sarah and Kate, grandchildren Dylan, Triona, Jenalee, Lucie, Luke, Evan, Pierce, Isaac, Oscar and Finn, daughter-in-law Eilish, sons-in-law Paraic and Joe, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home in Whitefields (eircode R32DT98) on Wednesday afternoon 15th April from 3.0’clock. Removal on Thursday afternoon 16th April to Lacca Church (eircode R32VW57) for Funeral Service at 3.0’clock, followed by private cremation at a later date.

Family flowers only, donation if desired to Lacca Church.
