Sam Mark Creedon
Creedon,(Dublin) 27th June 2014, Sam Mark, in his twenty second year after a brave and courageous nine year battle, our darling angel Sam passed away at home in the loving care of his mother Nikki, father Mark, treasured sister Sophie and second mum Alice. Deeply missed by Sheila, stepfather Brian, stepsisters Emily, Isobel, Ali, Sinead, stepbrother Conor, grandparents Gerry and Pat and all his dedicated and loving relatives.
Funeral mass on Tuesday, 1st July, at 11.15am at Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only. Donations to the Irish Hospice Foundation. Morrison Chambers, 32 Nassau Street, Dublin 2 www.hospicefoundation.ie
