O'TOOLE, Samuel (Dublin) - February 3rd 2018 peacefully in the tender care of the wonderful nurses at Tallaght Hospital and surrounded by his adoring family. Beloved husband of the late Mary Heffernan, brother to Jean, father to Kieran, Fintan, Mary, Valerie, Patrick and Colm (deceased), grandad of Colm, Cian, Jack, Emma, Molly, Ciarán, Samuel, Fionn, Luke and Seona, great-grandfather of Lillymae, Poppy and Braxton, father-in-law to Pamela, Maurice, Clare and Liz. Autodidact, bird watcher, father figure to many.
Reposing at his home on Tuesday 5pm to 7pm. Cremation service and celebration in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome at 2 pm on Wednesday. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Irish Wildbird Conservancy. Enquiries to Fanagans Funeral Directors, Aungier Street on 01 4167700.
