Samuel (Sam) Burchill

Burchill (Barretts Place and late of Shinagh, Bandon) on January 17th 2024 peacefully in the loving care of the Nurses and Staff of Bandon Community Hospital after a long illness bravely bourne. Samuel (Sam), beloved son of the late James and Hannah and dear brother of Kathleen, Joan (Syms), Mary (Murphy), Angela, Bernadette (Keohane), Elizabeth and the late Ann (Gallagher).

Sadly missed by his loving sisters, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, kind neighbours, carers and friends.

Sam will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon on Thursday evening from 5pm followed by prayers at 6pm.

Requiem Mass on Friday at 12 noon in St. Patrick's Church, Bandon which will be livestreamed on www.bandonparish.ie/live/, funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery.
