The death has occurred unexpectedly of Sandra Flaherty (O’Brien), An Inse Ghlas, Oranmore, Co. Galway and formerly of Waterdale, Claregalway,

 

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden death of Sandra on Wednesday, 18th February 2026.

 

 

Predeceased by her brother Enda, grandparents, uncles Patsy and Martin Joe, aunts Maura, Bridgie, Kathleen and cousin Kevin.

 

 

Sadly missed by her daughter Robyn, son Theo and their father Donncha, parents Esther and Denny, brothers Declan and Donnacha, sister Marie, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements:

 

 

Monday, February 23rd 2026.

Reposing at her parents home in Waterdale, Claregalway (H91 P6AV) on this (Monday) evening from 4:00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m.

 

 

Tuesday, February 24th 2026.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday in the Church of the Assumption and St James, Claregalway (H91 YH05) at 11:00 am, with Burial in Renville Cemetery.
