Sandra Winders

Winders, Sandra – 1st February 2026, (Artane), Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the excellent care of staff at St Francis Hospice, Raheny. Loving mother of Sarah-Jane, mother-in-law to Enda, wonderful sister to Sarah and David. Predeceased by her parents Mary and Christy. Very sadly missed by her daughter, son-in-law, sister and brother, sister-in-law Louise, extended family, friends and neighbours. Also very sadly missed by her close friends with whom she enjoyed coffee, dog walking and exercise classes. Sandra will be missed by her 2 amazing fur babies Hunter and Buffy who she adored and spoiled.

 

Many thanks to the staff on St Damian’s ward in Beaumont Hospital and to the staff in St Francis Hospice, Raheny, who treated her with such care and compassion in her final months, Sandra truly appreciated this.

Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of St Brendan’s Coolock arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by Burial in Dardistown Cemetery.

Family flowers only please.
