(Formerly Cornafulla, Athlone) Sarah died peacefully on 24 May, 2023. Predeceased by her husband James and sons Michael and James Jnr. Sarah will be sadly missed by her daughters Annie, Teresa, Sarah, Angela, Margaret and Mary, sister Kitty, brother Sonny, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at St. Pio's room within the Sacred Heart Church, Seamus Quirke Road, Galway on Sunday, 28 May, 2023, from 4.00 p.m. with Removal into the Church at 6.00 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Sarah on Monday, 29 May, at 11.30 a.m. after which she will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery.
