Sarah Jane Darcy (née West), The Sycamores, Rochfortbridge, Co. Westmeath and formerly Tallaght, Dublin - passed away 13th September 2024 (peacefully) following an illness borne with great courage and dignity at her home with her devastated family by her side. Pre-deceased by her father Peter and niece Ceili McInerney. She will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her heartbroken husband and soulmate Declan, sons Dean, Brandon and Conall, daughter Caoimhe, daughter-in-law Saoirse, her cherished and adored grandchildren Lily and Tadhg, mother Ann, brothers Paul and Patrick, sisters Carol and Catriona, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May Sarah Jane's Beautiful Soul Rest In Peace

Reposing at John Healy's Chapel of Rest, Rochfortbridge, (N91R291) on Saturday, 14th September, from 5pm until Prayers at 7pm. Removal on Sunday to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Rochfortbridge to arrive for Funeral Mass at 1pm with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

The Darcy family would like to sincerely thank the Doctors, Nurses, Palliative Care Services team, and HSE and HomeInstead Carers for the excellent care of Sarah Jane during her illness.
