Sarah Jane Leahy
(née Jackson)
Leahy (Cork): On June 25, 2014, peacefully, with great dignity, in the presence of her loving husband and family and in the dedicated care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, SARAH JANE (nee Jackson), Churchfield Avenue, beloved wife of Timothy, darling mother of Megan, Sophie, Christopher and Callum, daughter of Nora (nee Kavanagh) and the late John Jackson and sister of the late Darren, daughter- in-law of Timothy Snr and Eily Leahy. Sadly missed and deeply mourned by her loving husband, children, mother, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters- in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandmother and family in England, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at O'Connor Bros Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on this Thursday evening at 7pm, followed by removal to the Church of the Ascension, Gurranabraher. Requiem Mass on tomorrow, Friday, at 11am, followed by cremation at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu to Marymount Hospice. www.oconnorfuneralcork.ie
