McSWEENEY (Montenotte, Cork): On November 11th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne and in the exceptional care of the staff of the Cork University Hospital, SARAH (late of Cork County Council), much loved daughter of Patrick and Rita (née Coen), loving sister of Deirdre (Clifford), Brian and Carol.

 

Sadly missed by her loving parents, brother, sisters, sister-in-law Sara, brother-in-law Ollie, nephews Ruairí, Daragh, Cillian and Aidan, niece Fiadh, uncles, aunts, cousins, work colleagues and a large circle of friends.

 

Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; on Thursday (November 13th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Friday (November 14th) in St. Joseph’s Church, Mayfield which can be viewed

Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
