Sarah O’Connor (née Staunton)

Terenure, Dublin 6W and formerly of High Street, Westport, Co. Mayo died peacefully in the loving care of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, surrounded by her family.

Predeceased by her infant sister Niamh.

Beloved wife of Stephen and loving daughter of Noel and Gerri Staunton. Sarah will be sadly missed by her brothers Bryan, Stephen and Darragh, adoring niece and nephew Lily and Senan, sister-in-law Siobhán, brother-in-law Bob, mother-in-law Miriam, father-in-law John, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing in Navin’s Funeral Home, Westport, F28 X688 on Monday 2nd June from 5pm-6:30pm with removal thereafter to St. Mary’s Church, Westport. Sarah’s funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 3rd June at 11:00am followed by burial in Aughagower Cemetery F28 W6F5. For those unable to attend, Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/westport.
