Sarah (Sadie) Prendergast (née Mc Namara) (Emlagh, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo.) June 11th 2023:- Peacefully at home in her 102nd year, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Charlie, daughter Mary (died 1954), infant son Noel and grandson Eugene. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving sons and daughters Redmond, John, Evelyn, Paddy, Mary, Joseph, Fr. Tony, Cathal & Geraldine, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, her twenty eight grandchildren, forty one great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, carers, neighbours, and a large circle of friends.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Sadie will lie in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Monday (June 12th) from 5.00pm, with removal at 7.00pm, walking to St. Patrick's Church, Louisburgh. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 12 noon followed by interment in Killeen (New) Cemetery.
