FAY, (née Gibbons), Sarah, known lovingly to all as SALLY, Railway Street (formerly of Corporation Street and Phil Shanahan House), a true Dublin 1 lady all her life and proud past employee of CIE), passed away suddenly on the 2nd January 2025 at the Mater Hospital Dublin surrounded by her devoted family.

 

Pre-deceased by her husband and best friend John (Dazie), dearest sons John, Brian and Wacky, daughter Yvonne, grandchildren Laurence and Robert, Louise and Terri, her dearest parents and brother and sisters.

 

SALLY will be deeply missed by her loving children Tommy, Philip. Phyllis, Bernie, Breda, Anthony, Lorraine, Keith, Wayne, Michael, Sarah, Sinéad and Leanne, cherished grandchildren, treasured great-grandchildren and adored great great-grandchildren, brother Paddo, sister Bridie, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, a large extended family, many lifelong friends, and treasured neighbours.

MONDAY 6th January 2025 from 5pm to 7pm

Funeral Mass will take place on TUESDAY 7th January 2025 at 11am

Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Sean McDermott Street, Dublin 1

Followed by Burial at Fingal Cemetery, Fingal, Co. Dublin
