Sarah Teresa peacefully at St.John's Hospital Sligo.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by husband John and beloved

mother of John, Patrick and Andrew their spouses, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, brother Joe McCormack (Surrey UK), cousins, neighbours and many friends in Ireland and the U.K.

 

The Funeral Service for Sarah will take place in the Perry Funeral Home Ballymote (F56 TK20) on Wednesday 7th January 2026 at 2pm.

Followed by Private Cremation at lakelands Crematorium Cavan.
