Seamus Cunningham

Seamus Cunningham, 16 Barrow Lough, Leighlinbridge, Co. Carlow, and formerly of Donaghmoyne, Monaghan and Baltinglass, Wicklow, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, 30th November, 2023, at the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his son David, granddaughters Rita and Eva, brothers Barney, Paddy, Kevin, Sean and his sister Sheila. Beloved husband of Ann and much loved father of Peter, Suzanne, Fergal and Brendan. Seamus will be sadly missed by his sisters Mary, Dympna and Anne, son-in-law Michael, daughters-in-law Clora, Marieke and Michelle, cherished grandchildren Brian, Darragh, James, Vivienne, Stephen, Hugo, Judy, Johan and Lola, nephews, nieces, extended family, kind neighbours, friends and former colleagues.

May Seamus Rest in Peace

Reposing at Cushen’s Funeral Home, Kilcarrig Street, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow (Eircode; R21 V127) on Friday, 1st December, from 3pm until 8pm. Removal from Cushen’s Funeral Home on Saturday, 2nd December, to arrive at St. Lazerian’s Church, Leighlinbridge, for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Leighlinbridge Cemetery.
