Seamus Duddy

Duddy, Seamus (Bray, Co. Wicklow). Formerly of St Brendan’s CBS, Bray and the ASTI. Peacefully in his 92nd year in the care of Blackrock Hospice on 23rd February 2025. Beloved husband of the late Deirdre (née McDonnell), father of Fergus, Hugh, Cathal, Niall, Malachaí, Déaglán and Róisín. Brother of Agnes Parkinson and the late Dolores Dodd.

Dearly missed by his family, daughters-in-law Fionnuala, Mandy, Mary, and Colleen, grandchildren Conall, Elaine, Eoghan, Conor, Rúadhán, Lochlann, Dallán, and Stellan, sister-in-law Máire Duffy, brother-in-law Albert Parkinson, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a wide circle of friends and former teaching colleagues.

Seamus will be waked at home. Requiem Mass at the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Bray on Thursday, 27th February at 11am followed by burial in St. Mochonog's Cemetery, Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow.
