Seamus Finn

Formerly Fondermann, Longford / Moydow. Seamus died peacefully in his home on March 7th 2025, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents John and Rose, brothers and sisters. Seamus will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, partner Ita, sons Seamus and Mel, daughters Rose, Sandra and Susan, sons-in-law Kevin and Dermot, daughters-in-law Jody and Karen, his adored 19 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and dear friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford N39 KN66 on Saturday 8th from 1 o'clock until 3 o'clock, followed with removal to St. Mary's Church, Moydow for prayers at 5 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Sunday 9th at 3 o'clock. Following Mass, Seamus will be laid to rest in Moydow Cemetery. Family Flowers only please, Donations if desired to Longford Palliative Care c/o Connell Funeral Directors or any family member.

Seamus's family would like to sincerely thank all who cared for him during his illness especially, the Palliative Care Team, Public Health Nurses, Dr. Katherine Ormond and Dr. Aoife Carthy.
