Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital. Predeceased by his wife Kathleen (nee Killeen), sister Mary Ann (Coughlan), infant son Mark. Deeply regretted by his son Declan, brother Peter, daughter-in-law Paula, grandchildren Rowen, Jake and Kasey, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours. Reposing at Carnacon Community Centre on Thursday evening from 7 o'clock until 8 o'clock. Removal on Friday morning to St. Mary's Church Carnacon for funeral mass at 12 o'clock. Burial afterwards in Burriscarra cemetery. House private. Donations if desired to COPD. In accordance with HSE guidelines, walk through only and no hand shaking.
