Seamus Mageean

Formerly of Portaferry, Co. Down. Passed peacefully in the loving and tender care of the staff of St. Vincent's Nursing Home, Athy.

Predeceased by his parents Pat and Mary. He is deeply mourned by his loving wife Lila, daughter Mary, sons Christopher, Trevor and Brian, son-in-law and daughters-in-law. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, extended family in Portaferry and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at his residence (Eircode R14 XY02) on Saturday (June 17th) from 4pm until 8pm and on Sunday from 4pm until the conclusion of the Rosary at 8pm. Leaving his home on Monday morning at 10.30 am to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11am in St. Michael's Parish Church, Athy see livestream link http://www.parishofathy.ie.  Burial afterwards in St Michael's New Cemetery, Athy.
