Séamus Martin

The death has occurred peacefully and in the presence of his family, on the 4th October 2025, in Pennsylvania USA, of Séamus Martin, formerly Treagh, Inniskeen. Séamus will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his sons Séamus, Anthony and Michael, daughter Elizabeth and their mother Josephine, his brothers John and Paddy, sisters Mary, Eileen and Sheila, sister-in-law Lorna, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends. Séamus is predeceased by his parents John and Anne Martin, brother Kevin and his sister Bridget.

Requiem mass for Séamus was held in St. Richard’s Catholic Church, Mannheim, Pennsylvania. The celebrant was Fr. Richard Groff. The Church Choir provided beautiful singing, accompanied by harpist Cass Jendzurski and organist Josephine Martin. The cortege was led by bagpiper Kevin Martin.

The months mind for Séamus will be held in The Sacred Heart Church, Shelagh, on Sunday 30th November, at 10.30am.
