3rd February, 2026, peacefully, in his 94th year, in the care of the staff at Sonas Cloverhill Nursing Home, Roscommon. Predeceased by his parents James and Bridget, brothers Paddy and Vincent, sisters Bridie, Margaret and Nancy and his recently deceased nephew David (UK). Seamus will be sadly missed by his loving brother John, sister Kathleen (Hampton Hill, London), brother-in-law Michael (Castlerea), nephews and nieces Denise, Kathy, Nigel, Kevin, Ann Marie and Michelle, relatives, good neighbours and friends.

Rest in peace

Reposing at Brady’s Funeral Home, Elphin (F45 Y168) on Thursday 5th February from 5.30pm with removal at 7.00pm, via Cloghermore, to the Church of the Holy Trinity, Kilmaryal (F45 NX60). Requiem Mass on Friday at 11.30am. Seamus will be laid to rest afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
