Seamus O’Brien, 1st October 2025, Ballyvary, Castlebar, peacefully in St. Brendan’s Unit, Mulranny, surrounded by his family.

 

Predeceased by his parents Bridget and Thomas, brother Michael, sister Carmel and his dear aunt Annie.

 

Deeply regretted by his loving family, sons Seosamh and Seamie and their mother Máire, brothers Tommy and Vincent, sisters Sheila and Teresa, daughters-in-law Maria and Caroline, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Seán, Aoife, Saoirse, Chloe and Croía, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Seamus will repose in Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar, F23 XY63, on Thursday (2nd October) from 5.30pm with removal at 7pm to his son's residence.

 

Removal from his son's residence on Friday at 1pm for Requiem Mass at 2pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception and St Joseph, Bohola.

Seamus will be laid to rest afterwards in Bohola Cemetery.
