Who passed away peacefully on Saturday, 19th October 2024, surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of the Galway Hospice staff.

 

Predeceased by his father Patrick, mother Mary, brother Martin and his granddaughter Caoimhe.

 

Séamus will be very sadly missed by his beloved wife Rita, his daughters Joan (Ling) and Irene (Harney), sons Paul and Mark, sons-in-law Tim and Brendan, daughters-in- law Laurea and Louise, cherished grandchildren Cillian, Daniel, Jack, Conor, Louis, Darragh, Cathal, Ronan, Leona, Aoibhe, Alice and James.

 

Deeply mourned by all his siblings, his extended family and many friends.

 

Séamus will lie in repose in Kilboy's Funeral Home, Loughrea (H62 KF63), on Tuesday, 22nd October from 5pm to 7pm.

 

Séamus's funeral cortege will arrive to St. Brendan's Cathedral, Loughrea, for Requiem Mass on Wednesday, 23rd October at 1:30pm, followed by burial afterwards in Leitrim New Cemetery, Kylebrack, Loughrea.
