SEAMUS O’REILLY Sleaveen, Golf Links Road, Roscommon Town. Peacefully, on December 14th, 2025, at Portiuncula University Hospital, Ballinasloe, surrounded by his much loved family.

He will be forever missed by his beloved wife and best friend Kathleen, children Joanna, Glenda and Gary, son-in-law Colin, grandchildren Aaron, Dylan, Theo, Baylee, Jaime, Hannah, Caileann, Jake, Éabhanna and Scott, goddaughter Amanda, sisters Breda and Caroline, brothers Philip, Owen and Michael, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many good friends.

He is predeceased by his parents Seamus and Philomena, brothers Paddy, Tommy, Gerry, Ronald, David, Declan and Dessie, parents-in-law Seamus and Hannah Fay (Cavan) and brother-in-law Noel (Cavan).

May He rest in peace.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Wednesday evening (Dec. 17th) from 4.30 o’c until 6.30 o’c. Removal from his home on Thursday morning (Dec. 18th) at 10.30 o’c arriving to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c followed by private cremation.
