Seamus Pentony, Drumshallon, Grangebellew, Drogheda, Co. Louth. 6th January 2026. Peacefully at St. Peter’s Nursing Home, Castlebellingham, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents James and Julia, brothers Liam and John, sisters Sile, Alice, Mary and Bernadette. Seamus will be sadly missed by his loving wife Catherine (Kitty), daughters Sandra and Sinéad, sons Seamus, Colin and William, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, his 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, brother, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May Seamus Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing in Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda (A92 XN75) on Friday evening from 5pm until 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11am in Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tenure, which can be viewed live on www.churchservices.tv/monasterboice

Cremation afterwards in Glasnevin Crematorium at 1.30pm.

 

House strictly private at all times please.
