Seamus (Shay) Power

Power, Shay (Whitechapel, Dublin 15 and formerly of Clonsilla Road) December 15th 2025, peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Mount Hybla nursing home.

Predeceased by his loving wife Vera and beloved granddaughter Aoife. Much loved and devoted dad of Derek and Kenneth. Will be dearly missed by his sister Margaret, granddaughters Eimear and Aoibheann, sister-in-law Harriet, nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, friends and neighbours.

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Clonsilla, D15PY23 on Thursday 18th December from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal to the Church of St. Philip the Apostle, Mountview, D15VK59 on Friday 19th December for Funeral Mass at 11.00am, followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery.
