Shiels, Seamus, Glasnevin, formerly Loch Gowna, Co. Cavan - 22nd February 2026.

Passed away peacefully in the Mater Hospital surrounded by his family.

Seamus will be very sadly missed and remembered always by his loving wife Anne, son Patrick, daughter Sinead, grandchildren Laura and James, son-in-law Stephen, sisters Rita and Kathleen, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Seamus’ gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Main Street, Finglas Village, D11ET7P on Saturday 28th February from 2pm - 4pm. Removal on Monday morning, to St. Canice’s Church, Finglas Village arriving at 9.50am for Requiem Mass at 10.00am, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
