SEAMUS (SHRAÚ) COMISKEY Greenfield Road, Lisnamult, Roscommon Town and formerly of Strokestown, Co Roscommon. September 20th, 2024; (Peacefully), surrounded by his cherished children and grandchildren, in the devoted care of the staff at the Sacred Heart Home.

Seamus is now gone to join those who have gone before him – his beloved wife Joan (née Costello), his grandson Aaron Seamus, his parents, his brothers and sisters, and his nieces and nephews.

He will be forever missed by his adored children Natasha, Jackie and James, his cherished sister Margaret Hoare, sons-in-law Francis Hoare (Roscommon) and Noel Gately (Dysart), daughter-in-law Aisling (Milford, Donegal), his much loved grandchildren Rebecca, Emily, Evan, Laura, Aoife and Shea, great-grandson Eoghán, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many good friends.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Sunday from 4 o’c until 6 o’c. Removal from his home on Monday morning at 10.15 o’c arriving to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Respite Centre at the Sacred Heart Home, Roscommon.
