Portnick, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway and Carrowreagh, Taughmaconnell, Co. Roscommon. Peacefully, in University Hospital, Galway, with his family by his side. Predeceased by his loving wife Imelda (nee Fallon), parents May and Joe and sister Mary; he will be dearly missed by his daughters Orla, Karen, Linda and Theresa, brothers Frank, Kevin and Ollie, sister Teresa, sons-in-law Mark and Niall, grandchildren Johnny, Alain, Jack, Hannah, Sean, Michael, Andrew, Ashley and Robert, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the family home, Carrowreagh (H53 FN84) on Sunday the 23rd of June from 4pm to 7pm. Private removal on Monday to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Creagh for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Creagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Portiuncula Hospital ICU.
