Seán F. Cody
Cody (Tramore Lawn, Douglas and late of Skerries, Co. Dublin): On September 24th, 2017, peacefully, surrounded by his family, CAPTAIN SEÁN F. CODY (Retired) late of the Defence Forces, P.J.Hegarty & Sons Ltd. and Douglas Golf Club. Dearly beloved husband of recently deceased Mary (nee O' Sullivan), cherished father of Eimer, Maeve (Ivers), Seán and Eithne and much loved grandfather of Deirdre, Aoife, Tadhg, Eddie, Cillian, Megan, Kate, Jack, James, Aidan and Eoin. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Ger, Mark and Dave, daughter-in-law Mary, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
Reposing at his family home on Monday from 5.00pm followed by Vigil Prayers at 7.00pm. Reception Prayers on Tuesday (September 26th) at 1.30pm in St. Columba's Church, Douglas followed by Requiem Mass at 2.00pm. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary's Cemetery, Passage West. Family flowers only. Donation's if desired to St. Luke's Home or Marymount Hospice.
