Sean Fitzgerald, Woodlawn Park, Ballysimon Road, Limerick. Formerly of Tower Carpets and Ger Hartnett Flooring. Late Young Munster RFC and Treaty Sarsfield.

February 4th 2026 peacefully at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Anne. Dearly loved father of Keith, Shane and Stewart. Sadly missed by his daughters-in-law Rosanna and Mary, his cherished grandchildren Jamie, Alanna, Fabian, Lea and May, brothers Anthony and Ger, sister Rose, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his brother Donal.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street on Friday (6th February) from 5pm to 6.30pm. Funeral arriving at St. Brigid’s Church, St. Patricks Road on Saturday (7th February) for Requiem Mass at 1pm followed by cremation service in Shannon Crematorium at 3pm.
