Sean Flanagan

Peacefully at home after a long illness surrounded by his family.

Predeceased by his father John, mother Annie, sister Mary Donohoe and nephew Frank. Sean will be sadly missed by his loving and devoted wife Anne of 52 years. Survived by his children John, Aidan, Anne Marie and Julisa, daughters in law and sons in law Shirley, Dana, Ian Dermody and Gerry O’Grady, his grandchildren Ruby, Ciara, Lily-Mai, Annabelle, Chloe, Katelyn, Patrick and Sophie, his nieces Breda and Anne, relatives, neighbours and friends. A special mention of thanks to Sean’s carer Kathleen who cared for Sean during his long illness to which his family will be eternally grateful.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Flynn's Funeral Home, The Strand (N37 WY17) on Saturday from 4 until 7pm. Requiem Mass in Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tubberclaire (N37 XE38) on Sunday at 11am followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
