Sean Gibney

Sean passed away suddenly, in St. James’s Hospital, on 7th April, 2023.  Loving husband of Bri, adored father of Ronan, Niall, Miriam & Aaron, father-in-law to Janice, Laura and Declan, grandfather of Faye, Ellen, Jack, Gwen, Millie and Charlie, brother to Mary & Anne, Maurice & Martin. He will be sadly missed by his sisters and brothers-in-law, beloved uncles George & Dessie, his aunt Annie, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and his wide circle of friends, including his life-long friend Peter.

Friend of animals, passionate falconer and the best storyteller of them all.

Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Main Street, Tallaght, on Thursday (April 13th) from 4pm to 6pm. Removal on Friday morning to St Aengus’ Church, Tallaght, for Funeral Mass at 10am which may be viewed on the parish web camera at https://www.churchservices.tv/tallaghtaengus followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium.
