Sean Hoyne, Ballyhendricken, Ballycallan, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Dreelingstown, Ballycallan.

 

Unexpectedly, but peacefully, at his home, on Monday, 6th January, 2025.

 

Pre-deceased by his parents John and Anastatia, his brother Pat and his sisters Annie (Curran) and Mary (Gittens).

 

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Mary (née Butler), his daughters Marie, Ann and Paula, his son-in-law Alan Barden, Marie’s partner Emma Cullen, his adored grandsons Seanie and Billy, his brothers Kieran, Nicholas and Michael, his sisters Bridget (Fitzpatrick) and Geraldine (Burke), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at his home (Eircode R95 Y744) on Thursday, 9th January 2025 from 1pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6pm.

 

Funeral arriving to St. Brigid’s Church, Ballycallan (Eircode R95 W726) for Requiem Mass on Friday morning, 10th January at 11 o’clock. Burial will follow afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballykeeffe.

 

Due to the predicted inclement weather conditions, there will be an opportunity for people to sympathise with Sean’s Family in The Church after the Requiem Mass.
