The death has occurred of John Griffin of Newport, South Wales & formerly Tiernee, Lettermore, Co. Galway on May 14th 2023. Predeceased by his wife Norah, parents Maire & Johnny & sister Ann. Proud father to John, Caroline & Christopher. Brother to Sally, Martin, Padraig, Bridie & Noirín. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, his nieces & nephews, relatives and his many friends.

Reposing at Tovey Brothers Funeral Home, Cardiff Road, Newport NP20 2EH, on Thursday 29th June from 5-7pm. Funeral mass will take place on Friday 30th June at 11am in St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Stow Hill, Newport NP20 1TP, followed by Crematorium in Langstone Vale Chapel, Magor Rd, Langstone, Newport NP18 2BP.
