Seán Keane

Seán passed away peacefully on April 11th 2026 in the excellent and compassionate care of the staff of Valentia Community Hospital.

Seán is pre-deceased by his loving wife Pauline, brothers Jimmy and Tommy, Pauline’s son John, his father James and mother Ellen.

Father of Alison and Tara.

Sadly missed by his loving family – his brothers Michael and Gerard, sisters Aileen and Martina, step-daughter Alexandra, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, brothers-in-law Stephen and John, sisters-in-law Marian and Bernadette, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McElligott’s Funeral Home, Tralee on Monday from 6.00PM to 7.30PM. Funeral arriving to St John’s Parish Church, Tralee on Tuesday morning at 11.30AM where the Requiem Mass for Seán will be celebrated at 12.00 noon followed by interment afterwards in New Rath Lawn Cemetery.
