It is with deep sadness that the Killeen family share the news of Sean's death.

On Monday, 22 September 2025, Sean slipped away peacefully with his family by his side.

 

Beloved husband of the late Mary and much loved father of Deirdre, Aoife, Paul and Barry. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his daughters and sons and their husbands and partner David, Ricardo and Martin, sister Sr. Nancy and brother Tom.

 

Fondly remembered with great love and affection by his grandchildren Eoin, Cormac, Niamh and Dara, the extended Killeen and Keating family, neighbours, friends and former colleagues of St. Joseph's College (The Bish).

 

May his kind and gentle soul rest in peace

Thursday, 25 September, 2025

Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91 V1K8) from 5.00 p.m. with Removal at 6.30 p.m. to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill.

Friday, 26 September, 2025

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Sean at 11.00 a.m. Following Mass he will be laid to rest with his beloved wife Mary in Bohermore cemetery.
