The death has occurred of
Seán Lydon
On July 21, 2025 Seán died very peacefully at Moycullen Nursing Home. Predeceased by his parents James and Margaret and by his twin brother Micheál who he sadly missed since his death in December 2022. Mourned by his sisters Angela Griffin and Mary Faherty, by his nephews and niece; Peter Faherty, Rosemary Faherty, Conor Griffin and Gavin Griffin, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May he be reunited with his parents and twin brother Micheál.

Reposing at the "Cillín" within the Church of Mary Immaculate Queen, Barna from 5 p.m. with Removal into the Church at 6 p.m.
Thursday, July 24, 2025
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Seán at 12 noon. Following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery. Radio listening is possible on Radio FM 106.6 however the signal is not available in every part of the parish.
