Sean Maher (Gallows Hill, Cratloe, Co. Clare and formerly of Killuragh, Cappamore).

It is with great sadness that we share the news of Sean’s passing on March 28th 2026, after a short illness borne with courage and dignity.

Beloved partner of Annika and adored Dad of Johnny, Bobby, Jeremy and the late Jamie. He will be deeply missed by his heartbroken partner and sons, daughters-in-law Shauna and Rebecca, grandchildren Rachel and James, sister Helen, brother-in-law John, his nieces and nephews, the Hammar family, kind neighbours and friends. Predeceased by his brothers Mike and Liam and sister Mary.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street on Monday (30th March) from 5.30pm to 7pm followed by removal to St. John’s Church, Cratloe. Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday (31st March) at 11.30am followed by burial in Craughaun Cemetery.
