Sean McDONALD

McDONALD Sean (The Cairns, Beaubec, Drogheda, Co. Meath). 24th February 2023 Peacefully at his home. Predeceased by his parents Tommy and Maureen and brothers Brendan and Frank. Sean was former owner of The Rossnaree and Glenside Hotels, Dublin Road, Drogheda.  Beloved husband to Mary and loving father to Lisa and Paul, father-in-law to Darren and grandad to Chloe, Charlotte and Isabella. Sean is greatly missed by his wife, daughter, son, son-in-law, grandchildren, his sister Mary and brother Vincent, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephew, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Watson Funeral Directors, Dyer St (A92 W7EP) on Sunday afternoon from 4pm until 6pm. Funeral Mass on Monday in St Mary’s Church, James Street, Drogheda (A92 X096) at 11am (can be viewed at www.stmarysdrogheda.ie  followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Cancer Research at the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin and Meath Palliative Care Team.
