Sean McEntee

The death has occurred of Sean McEntee, Cavan Town, Sunday May 26th 2024, on his 92nd birthday.

Sean died peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his devoted wife Maree and children John (Sarah) Judy (Gareth) Norah (Cathal) his adored grandchildren, Grace, Tom, James and Ava, and his loyal companion, Coco the dog. Special recognition is given to all Sean’s carers for their compassion and professionalism over the years.

Reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Road, Cavan, H21 C821, on Tuesday evening from 6pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 11am in the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim, Cavan.

Following Mass, the cortege will travel to St. Brigid’s cemetery, Killygarry, via College St., Cavan for committal prayers and burial.
